Ever since Covid...
This mom-and-daughter duo has experienced what we are sure many others have: continued isolation along with too much reliance on our wired devices to 'connect'.
But let's be honest, social media isn't social and 'connecting' through text messages isn't connecting anymore. Plus, who doesn't want or need more friends! So late one night, the idea of Speed Friending came to this daughter who jumped to Google to see if this has been done before...
Our Vision
A newer concept was created that night! Our mission is to host local events designed to help you meet neighbors that you may not typically run into, in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Just like speed dating, speed friending gives you 5 minutes per round to meet someone new and chat about whatever is important to you. And if you connect as friends, AWESOME! If not, no big deal - it's only 5 minutes of your life.
Our mission is important: HELP PEOPLE CONNECT. FIGHT THE LONELINESS EPIDEMIC. Which is why our events are safe, accessible, and FREE. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
