What is Local Speed Friending?
Speed friending is a structured way to meet several new people in a short amount of time. You’ll have 5-minute mini conversations with other attendees, helping you quickly identify potential new friends in and around the Sacramento area.
How do I sign up for an event?
Registering is easy! Head over to our Events page, browse the upcoming schedule, and click “Register” or “Find an Event!” on any gathering that interests you.
Are there specific age groups for events?
Nope! We believe anyone can be friends, regardless of any life differences. You may choose to attend certain functions due to the venue; however, our venues will always be safe, fun, and open to anyone.
What if I can’t make it to an event I registered for?
We understand plans change. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Do I have to live in the Sacramento area to attend an event?
Yes – this social effort is focused on introducing and meeting new people right in your neighborhood. But if you want to bring an event to a city near you, reach out to our admins via the Contact Us page!
Do I need to come with a friend or can I come alone?
You’re welcome either way. Many people come alone, and our format is designed to make it easy and comfortable to meet new people.
Is there an age requirement?
